Rental Requirements

o Complete Application

o Copy of Driver’s License or Visa

o Copy of latest bank statement or pay stubs (This

is just to verify income. Please mark through all

account numbers.)

o $25 non-refundable application fee (Cash and

personal checks are not accepted.)

*All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

*All documents are required from EVERY person over the

age of 18 that will be living in the apartment.

*All occupants must sign the lease unless under the age of

18 and living with parent or legal guardian.

*No application will be processed without the $25

application fee.

*The application fee is absolutely NON-REFUNABLE

regardless if an application is approved, denied, or you

choose not to move in.

*All information provided is verified and management

reserves the right to run background and credit checks.

*Providing false information, not disclosing all roommates,

or withholding necessary information is grounds for

immediate denial of all applicants applying for the unit.

Upon approval of all applicants living in the unit, a $300 security deposit will be required to hold the apartment.

No apartment will be held for any person without the approval of all applicants and the security deposit paid in full.
