1. Do you allow pets? 

    -No

2. Do you accept Section 8 or HUD?

    -No

3. How long does it take for my application to be approved?

    -That depends on how quickly all the information can be

     gathered, but it generally takes 3-5 business days.

4. Is the $300 security deposit refundable if I do not move?

    -If an apartment is not assigned to you, the deposit will

     be refunded within 30 days. If an apartment is assigned

     and you choose to not move, the deposit is non-

     refundable.

5. Do you have to be an ASU student to live in Williamsburg?

    -No! While a majority of our residents either work,

     study, or teach at ASU, anyone is welcome to apply!
